TITLE 10. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PART 5. OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TOURISM OFFICE
CHAPTER 181. TEXAS LEVERAGE FUND PROGRAM
10 TAC §§181.1 - 181.10The Office of the Governor, Economic Development and Tourism Office ("Office") adopts the repeal of 10 TAC §§181.1 - 181.10, concerning the Texas Leverage Fund Program, without changes to the proposed text as published in the March 20, 2026, issue of the Texas Register (51 TexReg 1784). The repealed sections will not be republished.
REASONED JUSTIFICATION OF ADOPTED REPEAL
The rules in 10 TAC Chapter 181 implement the Texas Leverage Fund program under a 1992 Master Resolution that expired on August 31, 2022, and was not renewed. The Office has completed the winddown of program operations under that Master Resolution-based framework, and the rules are obsolete. The adopted repeal removes regulations that are no longer necessary.
SUMMARY OF COMMENTS
The Office received no comments regarding the proposed repeal.
